Roseland Property Company, in partnership with Fidelco Bayonne Realty, LLC, will be redeveloping the first of the five neighborhood districts in Bayonne, New Jersey.  The site, a two mile long peninsula, shares a spectacular New York Harbor location with The Statue of Liberty, Liberty State Park, lower Manhattan and the Verrazano Narrows Bridge. The City of Bayonne has adopted a Redevelopment Plan that envisions a 296 acre world-class mixed-use community including residential, commercial, cultural, entertainment, open space, and marine and transportation facilities.  Harbor Station, the westernmost district of the Bayonne Peninsula, is a 102 acre district that serves as the Peninsula’s gateway and provides the site with its link to the regional highway and public transportation systems.  Eighteen hundred retail and condominium homes, 500,000 square feet of office space, 134,000 square feet of retail and 117,000 square feet of civic facilities are envisioned.
